I LOVE having a little girl who could care less about what I put on her.  We've never made a big deal about clothes, if she has a day where she does care, and wants to pick out her outfit, I'm happy for it and don't mind.  I don't try and force it, and I think because of that, she's happy in whatever, and whatever to her, is so much fun for me. This lumber jack button up was a thrift store treasure, don't be afraid to shop the "boys" racks for your little girls, it's a good way to avoid the overload of pink and purples that flood on the girls racks.
